About this apology, Patanjali’s advocate Mukul Rohatgi told the court that the advertisement cost Rs 10 lakh and was published in 67 newspapers. On this, the court asked, is this apology as big as the size of your advertisement ? The next hearing will now be held on 30th April and it has been directed to submit the clippings of the apology published at that time.
A case filed against Patanjali by the Indian Medical Association (IMA) in the Supreme Court, alleging misleading advertisements is ongoing.
