Disgraceful attempt by former Congress CM of Chhattisgarh to prove encounters with Naxalites as fake
Kawardha (Chhattisgarh) – “Fake encounter cases have gone up in this country but not during our regime. Under BJP’s rule, many people were implicated in false cases and arrested. BJP has even threatened and arrested the tribals. It has been doing such things for the last 4 months. In Kawardha District also, people are being threatened”, accused former Congress Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel in a disgraceful attempt to prove encounter with the Naxalites as fake. He was speaking at a press conference held here. In the background of 27 Naxalites getting killed in the clashes on 17 th April 2024, he tried to indirectly prove the clashes as false.

Congress should prove the clashes as false – CM Vishnu Deo Sai
CM Vishnu Deo Sai and Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Sharma strongly reacted to the accusations by Baghel. CM Sai said that every issue should not be politicised. Accusing these clashes as false is an insult to our security forces. Deputy CM Sharma said that the Congress should prove the clashes as fake or render an apology to our security forces.
