Two jihadis arrested in Bengaluru bomb blast case
Kolkata (Bengal) – NIA has arrested two individuals, Abdul Mateen Taha and Musaveer Hussain Shajib, from Kolkata, in connection with Rameshwaram Café bomb blast case in Bengaluru. While Taha had hatched the complete conspiracy, Shajib planted a bomb in the Café. Shajib is the main accused and Abdul Mateen Taha is his accomplice. Both are residents of Tirthhalli, Dist. Shivamogga. Both are members of local Islamic State Group. Raids were conducted at 18 locations in Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, and Uttar Pradesh to search the duo. A reward of Rs 10 lakh was also announced on them. In connection with this case, a BJP worker Saiprasad has also been arrested.
