Delhi High Court (HC) has sought ED’s stand regarding liquor scam
New Delhi – The Delhi HC has summoned the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s liquor scam case. The Court granted two weeks’ time to the ED to file its reply in this case. The next hearing of this case will be held on 22nd April.

The Court also asked the AAP leader why he was not appearing pursuant to the summons to him. The senior lawyer appearing for the petitioner said that the ED has arrested Aam Aadmi Party leaders Manish Sisodia and Sanjay Singh.

It can also arrest Kejriwal. He won’t run away, but protection from coercive action is required in the matter and he will surrender.
