New guidelines for devotees visiting Ayodhya’s Shriram Temple

Ayodhya – Shriram Janmabhoomi Teertha Kshetra Trust has announced new guidelines for the devotees. Everyday 1 to 1.5 lakh devotees are arriving for Darshan. Keeping this large number in mind, the new guidelines have been prepared, informed the Shriram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust.
1. The temple will remain open from 6.30 a.m. till 9.30 p.m.
2. Right from the entry to exit from the temple, the entire process has been simplified. Devotees will be able to take Darshan in 60 to 75 minutes (1 to 1:15 hour).
3. Before entering the temple, the devotees should deposit their essential belongings like mobile phones, footwear, handbags etc, with the facility outside the temple premises. That will make Darshan easier.
4. Flowers, garlands, prasad etc are not permitted inside the temple.
5. Three main aaratis will require an entry pass, i.e. Mangala aarati at 4 a.m., Shringar aarati at 6:15 a.m. and Shayan aarati at 10 p.m. Aaratis at any other time will not require entry pass.
6. No fees for any of these passes. The entry pass will be available at the Shriram Janmabhoomi Teertha Kshetra Trust website. The information about the name of the devotee, age, Aadhaar card no., mobile no. and the name of the city must be filled in the entry pass.
7. No fees for Shriramlalla Darshan and no special entry pass is given, so the devotees must be cautious of someone promising Darshan for a fee, they should not fall prey to such cheating.
8. Wheelchairs for the old and specially challenged devotees are available for free.
