Declare District Collector as the protector of Bhagawan Shrikrushna : Petition filed
Mathura (Uttar Pradesh) – On 5th March 2024, a petition was filed by ‘Shrikrushna Janmabhoomi Mukti Nirman Trust (Trust)’ with Mathura District Court. The issue concerns 13.37 acres of land belonging to the ‘Shrikrushnajanmabhoomi’ of Bhagavan Shrikrushna. It is demanded through the petition that Shikrushna is worshipped in the form of a child at His birthplace. He is a minor and Mathura District Collector, who is the representative of the Uttar Pradesh Government, may be appointed as the guardian of Shrikrushna. The Court has admitted the petition and served a notice on Mathura District Collector. The next hearing will be held on 18th March 2024.

The Chairman of the Trust and ‘Pithadhishwar’ of ‘Siddhpitha Ma Shakumbhari Pith’, Ashutosh Pandey told ‘Sanatan Prabhat’ that the registration of Shahi Idgah Mosque under the Waqf Board was done fraudulently by submitting fake papers. Another case is already sub judice in this context. Its hearing scheduled on 5th March 2024 has now been postponed to 19th March 2024.
