Sanatan Sanstha honoured with the ‘Hindutva ke Adharstambha’ Award
Dehradun (Uttarakhand) – Dr Vaidehi Tamhan (Chairperson and Convenor of Vedashastra Research and Foundation) organised the ‘Devbhumi Ratna’ Awards in Dehradun on 14th February. Former Chief Minister of Uttarakhand and former Governor of Maharashtra, Honourable Bhagat Singh Koshyari, Minister Satpal Maharaj amongst others and Sadguru (Dr) Charudatta Pingale (National Guide of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti) were present on this occasion.
The ‘Devbhumi Ratna’ Award is given to those who have done remarkable work in various fields, while those working for the cause of Hindutva are given the ‘Hindutva ke Adharstambha’ Award. Mr Abhay Vartak (Sanatan’s Dharmapracharak) accepted the ‘Hindutva ke Adharstambha’ Award on behalf of Sanatan Sanstha. An English Book ‘27 Souls : Spine Chilling Scary Stories’ written by Dr Vaidehi Tamhan was also released by the dignitaries.

Dr Vaidehi Tamhan said that the aim of presenting these Awards is to honour those people who have made outstanding contributions to our society and culture. This is a tribute to the protectors of the heritage of Devbhumi Uttarakhand and Hindutva.
The work of Vedashastra Research and Foundation is admirable : Satpal Maharaj
Uttarakhand Tourism Minister Satpal Maharaj said that the work being done by Vedashastra Research and Foundation, which is dedicated to spreading the teachings of the Vedas, is admirable. Great work is being done to preserve the knowledge of the Vedas, which is gradually disappearing, he added.
