Eight countries, including US and UK, attacked 18 places of Houthi terrorists in Yemen

A joint action was taken to stop the ongoing attacks on commercial ships of various countries by Houthi terrorists

Sana’a (Yemen) – Houthi terrorists have been continuously attacking merchant ships of various countries in the seas near the Gulf countries for the past few weeks. To stop this, the Army of eight countries including America-Britain took joint action against Houthi terrorists.

According to the information of the Central Command, 18 locations of Houthi terrorists in Yemen’s capital Sana’a were targeted this time.

Along with the British and American forces, the attacks were supported by Australia, Bahrain, Canada, Denmark, the Netherlands and New Zealand.

The attacks by Houthi terrorists have disrupted Global trade and increased shipping rates. Houthi terrorists are also attacking ships carrying aid to Yemen. Due to this, the ships along with the aid goods are also getting damaged. Therefore, eight countries decided to respond to the activities of these Houthi terrorists.

The Houthi movement was formed in the early 1990s to counter the growing Saudi Arabian influence in Yemen following the Yemeni civil war. The group was created by Hussein Badreddin al-Houthi, a member of the Zaidi-Shia minority.
