US National Security Council spokesman John Kirby

Washington (USA) – In the past month, there have been attacks on citizens of Indian origin in the US. 4 Indian citizens while 3 people of Indian origin were killed and some were injured. In this context, John Kirby, Spokesperson of the US National Security Council in the White House, was asked a question in a press conference. At the time, he said, “There is no excuse for violence based on race or gender or religion. President Joe Biden and his administration are diligently working to prevent and disrupt such attacks.”

Editorial Perspectives

• So far 7 Indians have been killed in the US. If US administration had taken sincere efforts immediately after the first killing, other killings could have been avoided ! It does not seem even now, that the US is trying to prevent further attacks.

• US is not a friend of India; it is an opportunistic and selfish country. India should always keep this in mind.
