1.Shankaracharyas of Sringeri Peetha, Puri Peetha and Dwarka Peetha have supported the programme. Statements supporting the event have been issued by the Shankaracharyas of Sringeri Peetha and Dwarka Peetha, while it is reported that the Shankaracharya of Puri Peetha has also supported the event subsequently.
2.In a statement released by Shankaracharya Swami Sadanand Saraswati of Dwarka Peetha, it was mentioned that the consecration of Deity Shriram is taking place in the sanctum sanctorum of the Ayodhya Temple. This event brings immense joy to all the followers of Sanatan Dharma and we wholeheartedly support this event. After 500 years, the controversy is finally over. All consecration rituals should adhere to the principles outlined in Vedashastra and Dharmashastra. The news published by some newspapers regarding the statement made by Shankaracharya are false and were published without Shankaracharya’s permission.
3.Shankaracharya Swami Bharti Tirtha of Sringeri Peetha clarified in a statement that they had not made any statement regarding the consecration ceremony. Enemies of Sanatan Dharma have attempted to create confusion by issuing statements in their name.
