In this message, PM Modi highlighted the following points,
Few precious moments of life materialise only due the blessings of the divine. Today, across the globe, there is a sacred atmosphere for devotees of Deity Shriram. Everywhere, there exists a unique aura of devotion to Shriram. The chants of Shriram resonate in all the corners. Everyone is eagerly waiting for 22nd January. Ayodhya is only 11 days away from the consecration ceremony of Shriram Temple. I have the privilege of being a witness to this momentous occasion. This is a deeply emotional experience for me and for the first time in my life, I find myself in such a mental state. This experience is one of a kind for me. Many generations have dreamt and aspired for this day, and now, I am fortunate to be a part of it. God has chosen me to represent all of India in this auspicious event. This is a great responsibility.
Even within our scriptures, it is said that to perform divine rituals for the purpose of worshiping Deity, one must awaken the divine consciousness within oneself. Scriptures prescribe fasts and strict rules for such rituals. It is imperative to adhere to these rules before the consecration of the idol. Based on these teachings and guidance from spiritual personalities, I am embarking on a special 11-day religious ritual starting today. In these sacred moments, I am praying to the Supreme Being and seeking blessings from the people. I request everyone to bestow their blessings upon me. With your support, I will not fall short of any effort or dedication.
I consider myself fortunate to commence this 11-day religious ritual from Panchvati in Nashik. It was in Panchvati that Deity Shriram spent a considerable part of his life.
