Ayodhya residents responsible for keeping the city clean every day – PM Modi
New Delhi – Prime Minister Modi has appealed through an Instagram video to keep the city of Ayodhya clean. In this video, he says, “My humble request to the citizens of India to conduct a Cleanliness drive in all the big or small temples across India from Makar Sankranti (14th January) to the date of the inauguration of the grand Shriram temple (22nd January).”
No temple or shrine should remain unclean during the arrival of Shriram
The Prime Minister also informed the citizens of Ayodhya that soon a large number of people would be visiting from across India and the rest of the world. Hence the people of Ayodhya should resolve to keep Shriramnagari as the cleanest city in India. It is the responsibility of the citizens of Ayodhya to keep their city clean. Shriram belongs to everyone. No temple or shrine should remain unclean during the arrival of Shriram.
