Congratulations to CM Yogi Adityanath for contemplating imposing restrictions on sale of Halal certified products : Hindu Janajagruti Samiti

Demand to cancel the registration of organisations issuing Halal certificates

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath

Mumbai – Chief Minister (CM) Yogi Adityanath passed a stringent law against Love Jihad for the protection of women and set an example. Now, he has taken the initiative to restrain the Anti-National conspiracy hatched through the medium of Halal Jihad. Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) extends hearty congratulations to CM Yogi Adityanath for the same and hopes that it would help in taking action against those providing financial aid to the Anti-National activities so that the security, and law and order situation in the country would be strengthened, stated Mr Ramesh Shinde, the National Spokesperson of HJS. He also demanded that the registration of illegal organisations issuing Halal Certificates based on religion should be cancelled since there are already institutions like the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) of the Central Government and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) at States -level.

Mr Shinde said further

Earlier, only meat used to be sold as Halal. Now, Halal Certification has penetrated into many industries such as various eatables, medicines, cosmetics, tourism, commercial complexes, and even housing complexes.

It is a serious matter that for 14% of Muslims living in this country, 86% of non-Muslims (Hindus, Sikhs, Jains, Buddhists, etc) have to buy Halal-certified products against their wish which is a kind of religious coercion.

HJS has been creating awareness on this issue for many years. It has published a book on Halal Jihad and staged agitations to draw attention to this problem.

HJS has also exposed the conspiracy of financing Anti-National activities through this Halal economy.

CM Yogi Adityanath took note of it and is contemplating taking action in the matter, which is commendable, and the CMs of other States should follow his example.
