In a press note released by Swami Vigyananand, the Convenor of WHC stated –
The theme of the Conference is ‘Jayasya Aayatnam Dharmah (Dharma is the abode of victory)’. There will be an exchange of thoughts and brainstorming sessions in this Conference. There will be participation of delegates from more than 60 countries in WHC.
Considering the fruitful outcome of the last two WHCs held in 2014 in Delhi and in 2018 in Chicago in the USA, there will be a focus through seven conferences on other important issues related to the economy, education, social media, politics, youth power, women’s power, and organisation in WHC 2023. The aim of the Conference is to offer an extensive platform to discuss and deliberate upon the opportunities and challenges faced by Hindus across the world and how to address them valiantly.
The other Hindu dignitaries, who will be addressing this Conference, are Swami Govind Giri Maharaj (Trustee and Treasurer of Shriramjanmabhoomi Tirtha Kshetra Trust), Shridhar Vembu (Founder of Zoho Corporation), Anand Ranganathan (Scientist and renowned writer), Vikram Sampath (Historian and scholar on Savarkar’s life history), Vinodh Kumar (StringReveals), Pravin Chaturvedi (Prachyam Studios), etc.
Film producer Vipul Shah of the film ‘The Kerala Story’, Vishwaprasad Alva (Founder of Scanray Technologies and manufacturer of medical equipment in India), Professor Anurag Mairal (Stanford University), Upendra Mahato (Nepal’s multi-millionaire), Faqir Shiva Kachhi (Pakistan’s human rights activist), Anand Narasimhan (journalist), Professor Anand Singh (Educationist from South Africa) will be among the experts who will participate in various discussions.
WHC works as a platform for the world Hindu community to articulate values, creativity, and entrepreneurial spirit for Hindus to network, exchange ideas, work confidently, and model their future course of action. It aims to create a prosperous and just community. There will be discussions to find solutions to issues like the violation of human rights, discrimination, and cultural attacks and to promote policies conducive to the protection of Dharma.
WHC also tries to inspire new inventions in the educational field and organise discussions on subjects that challenge social values, especially, the relation between caste and Dharma. WHC also encourages correct reporting and filming, considering the importance of news and entertainment media for shaping ideologies and happenings.
WHC forms policies for a prosperous future and celebrates achievements, thus, strengthening the pertinent fundamental values of Hindu Dharma. WHC scheduled in Bangkok is a symbol of commitment to the creation of a prosperous and peaceful world.
President of WHC 2023, Susheel Saraf said that there would be arrangements for the participating delegates to visit different local tourist places; therefore, WHC 2023 would be an unforgettable experience for them.
