Religious fanatics attack temple and vandalise Idols in Jharkhand; priest attacked with sword

Bokaro (Jharkhand) – Religious fanatics attacked a temple in Bokaro, Jharkhand, and vandalised 3 Idols. They used hammers to vandalise the Idols. The attackers also attacked the temple priest Rahul Tiwari with a sword and injured him after the priest showed resistance. Following this, the attacking fanatics fled from the spot. Earlier too, Bajrang Bali’s Idol was vandalised in the same area. The locals were enraged after hearing about the vandalism of the temple and staged a protest. The market was closed as a protest to the vandalism of Idols of Hindu Deities. (Please note the need for the unity of Hindus to prevent attacks on Hindu temples ! – Editor)
Activists of Vishwa Hindu Parishad, Bajrang Dal, and Bharatiya Janata Party are protesting as the Police are not taking immediate action in this matter. They are demanding immediate arrest of the accused.
