Bengaluru – An argument broke out during the Pakistan-Australia cricket match in Bengaluru on 20th October. A Pakistani supporter raised the ‘Pakistan Zindabad’ slogan during the match. The Bengaluru Police warned him not to do so. The supporter started arguing with the Police. He said, “During the Pakistan-Australia cricket match, the audience chanted ‘Bharat Mata Ki Jai’; then why can’t I raise the ‘Pakistan Zindabad’ slogan ?” The Policeman replied that ‘Bharat Mata Ki Jai’ slogan is allowed but not ‘Pakistan Zindabad’. The video of this incident is circulating on social media and Pak-lover Indians are protesting against the incident.
Brilliant work by the policeman for standing up against “Pakistan Zindabad.” I hope Zubair will not complain to Kharge Jr. to get this policeman fired from his job for simply doing his duty.

After Pakistan’s crushing defeat against India on 14th October, Pakistan filed a complaint with the International Cricket Council alleging that the audience chanted ‘Jai Shriram’ when the Pakistani players were returning to the pavilion. Interestingly, the Australian team also defeated Pakistan in Bengaluru.
