The death sentence of the terrorists accused in the Batla house encounter case reduced to life imprisonment

New Delhi – The Delhi High Court has ordered the death sentence of Jihadi terrorist Ariz Khan involved in the Batla House encounter case to be commuted to life imprisonment. Police Inspector Mohan Chand Sharma was killed in this encounter. Due to this Ariz Khan was sentenced to death by a Lower Court. This sentence was challenged in the High Court.
