Chennai – “Udhayanidhi Stalin’s statements about Sanatan Dharma are soft. He called Sanatana Dharma only malaria, dengue but these diseases don’t carry social stigma. If you want to define Sanatan Dharma, look at HIV. Sanatan Dharma has a similar impact on society. Sanatan should be compared to diseases carrying social stigma such as HIV and leprosy”, such outrageous statements were made by DMK MP A Raja in a programme.

Prime Minister Modi and Amit Shah should engage in a debate with me – A Raja
MP A Raja went on to say, “Prime Minister Modi advocates ‘following Sanatan Dharma’. In Sanatan Dharma, it is said that ‘sea should not be crossed’. (The ‘Ramayan’ occurred 5,00,000 years ago. During that time, Deity Hanuman crossed the sea, and Prabhu Shri Ramachandra also crossed the sea. Hindu Dharma has elaborated about which rules of Dharma should be applied where. The DMK, which harbours animosity towards Hindus, selectively interprets it for his own interests and criticises Sanatan Dharma – Editor) Modi should not follow Sanatan Dharma and travel to foreign countries. Prime Minister Modi is ordering a cabinet meeting to discuss Sanatan Dharma. I challenge Prime Minister Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah to engage in a debate with me on Sanatan Dharma. Invite 1 crore people to Delhi and invite Shankaracharya as well”

Those who roam around applying Tilak on the forehead enslaved India – Jagdanand Singh
Rashtriya Janata Dal’s Bihar State President Jagdanand Singh’s ridiculous statement
Jagdanand Singh, State President of Rashtriya Janata Dal in the ruling coalition Government in Bihar, said that, “India has been enslaved by those who roam around applying Tilak on the forehead. The country will not run by building temples or demolishing mosques. We should not divide Hindus and Muslims in the country”.
Editorial Viewpoints
Hindu (by birth) leaders who say anything for political gain. Jagdanand Singh should remember that this country has not yet become an Islamic country because there are people in the country who apply Tilak on the foreheads. |
