In 2020, the world had a glimpse of the adverse times in the form of the Corona pandemic. The ongoing Russia-Ukraine war, massive earthquakes in Turkey and Syria, increase in global temperatures, the terrible forest-fires in USA and Europe are some incidents indicating such times today. Many Saints, Seers, etc. have repeatedly said that the coming adverse times will be very severe. Due to the collective destiny, shift in the warfare techniques of negative energies in the subtle world, the cycle of Time, etc. the exact time of the adverse period shifts a little. However, everyone should remain ready to face the adverse times. During such times, it becomes difficult to obtain food grains, water, medicines, fuel, etc. It is a time when there is a shortage of items of daily and occasional needs. Given ahead is a list of various items that will be useful in an emergency. Purchase these in adequate quantities according to the number of family members, their age and the rooms in your house. Besides these, you may want to purchase other personal items as well.
1. Daily essentials : Toothpaste, shaving and haircutting kit, bath and laundry soap, clothing, hair oils, bindi, mirrors, combs, nail-cutters, spare glasses, iron (preferably coal-fired), bed-sheets, towels, toiletries, stationery, footwear, etc.
