Ahilyanagar (Maharashtra) – The Anti-terrorism Squad (ATS) has successfully apprehended four Bangladeshi nationals in Nashik and Ahilyanagar, who had illicitly entered India using forged documents. The detainees have been identified as Mohiuddin Naeem Sheikh (36 years old), Shahabuddin Jehangir Khan (27 years old), Dilawar Khan Sirajullah Khan (27 years old), and Shahaparan Jehangir Khan (20 years old). Additionally, legal proceedings have been initiated at the Nagar Taluka Police Station against ten individuals hailing from Bengal and Bangladesh, who orchestrated the creation of fake election ID cards, passports, Aadhaar Cards, birth certificates, and bank passbooks to facilitate illegal entry. Among the ten suspects are Rasal Ezaz Sheikh, Sohail, Manik Khan, Noman, Abdul Qadar, and Kabir Mandal. (Editor’s Note: The entire network should face arrest and stringent penalties as well.)
Mohiuddin Khan Sheikh was illicitly transported from Bangladesh to Hasanabad around a decade ago through an acquaintance, Rasal Ezaz Sheikh. Subsequently, he was conveyed to Kalyan by train, where he has been residing unlawfully ever since in India. He is staying at Khandala (Ahilyanagar) for the last 7-8 years. Sheikh paid an agent named Rasal Rs 10,000 for arranging his entry into India.
Shahabuddin Jehangir Khan was surreptitiously brought into Agartala from Bangladesh approximately six to seven years ago. His journey then continued to Kolkata and ultimately Kalyan. In this endeavour, he paid Sohail Khan Rs 17,000. His residence has been in Khandala (Ahilyanagar) for the past eight months.
Dilawar Khan Sirajullah Khan enlisted the assistance of Manik Khan, who helped him illegally enter Agartala from Bangladesh in exchange for Rs 10,000. Subsequently, he made his way from Agartala to Kalyan, where he has resided for the last three months.
Noman facilitated the clandestine journey of Shahparan Jehangir Khan from Bangladesh to Agartala roughly a year ago. A sum of Rs 15,000 was exchanged for his services. Since then, Shahparan has been residing in India unlawfully, with the past six months spent in Khandala.
