Maharshi Adhyatma Vishwavidyalay presents a Research Paper on ‘Achieving lasting happiness in a stressful world’ at an International Academic Conference Online
“The driving force behind all our actions is the persistent need to experience happiness. Yet surprisingly, the subject of finding and retaining happiness is not taught to us in our curriculum ! Practicing Spirituality as per the Universal principles and making sustained efforts for eradicating personality defects and ego, the problems in our life can be overcome and we can experience lasting happiness”, said Ms Milky Agarwal of Maharshi Adhyatma Vishwavidyalay (MAV) at ‘The 1st Emotional Well Being International Conference 2023 (EWBIC 2023)’, organised by The Emotional Well Being Institute (EWBI) in association with the Open University of Mauritius, Réduit and Middlesex University, Mauritius on 20th July 2023 in Mauritius on an Online platform.
The Research paper ‘Achieving Lasting Happiness in a Stressful World : Insights from Spiritual Research’ was authored by Sachchidananand Parabrahman (Dr) Athavale and co-authored by Mr Sean Clarke.
Ms Agarwal explained that of all the problems in life, spiritual factors account for more than 50%, which can also manifest as physical or psychological problems. The main spiritual problems are – destiny, departed ancestors in their afterlife and negative energies in the subtle world. To overcome such problems, employing a spiritual solution is the best measure, which provides relief from physical and psychological problems as well.
These statistics are based on more than 40 years of spiritual research conducted by Sachchidananand Parabrahman (Dr) Athavale, who has devoted Himself to improving the quality of human life.
Ms Agarwal further shared that following an easy 3-step spiritual regimen in daily routine can significantly improve the quality of life.
First, chanting God’s Name, which attracts enormous positive energy towards the individual, prevents the flow of incorrect thoughts, and helps overcome destiny. A study using the GDV Technique (Bio-Well) (This is the computer registration and analysis of electro-photonic emissions of biological objects, specifically the human fingers, resulting from placing the object in the high-intensity electromagnetic field on the device lens) showed that chanting for just 40 minutes brought about the alignment of one’s Kundalini chakras.
Second, implementing the Personality Defect Removal (PDR) process, pioneered by Sachchidananand Parabrahman (Dr) Athavale, helps reduce impressions of Personality Defects (PDs) in the subconscious mind.
A study showed that the PDR process reduced the intensity of the 3 main PDs of the practitioners by 50-80% in just two and a half years, leading to an improvement in their interpersonal relations significantly.
Finally, performing the remedy of dipping the feet in salt water for 15 minutes daily, which helps extract the black energy present in the body. One experiment using the Universal Aura Scanner (UAS) (A device that measures the type and extent of the subtle energy and aura of any object, living or non-living) showed that the negative aura reduced to half after this remedy, while the water in the bucket (in which the feet had been dipped) acquired a negative aura after 15 minutes. Ms Agarwal concluded that practicing Spirituality sincerely reduces suffering and the resultant stress in life, and helps gain peace of mind and inner happiness.
