A new Tactic of Terrorism
Riot highlights the preparation and ferociousness of Jihadis for violence
Whatever has happened in Nuh, Haryana is very disturbing to Hindus. In India, attacks on Hindus and riots perpetrated by Jihadis are nothing new; but the violence perpetrated by Jihadis in Nuh was pre-planned. This particular riot highlights the preparation and ferociousness of Jihadis for violence. According to some Hindus, this riot, including the use of AK-47 rifles, was planned 6 months in advance.
Rioters in India use swords, stones and other weapons; but now, if they are getting AK-47 rifles, then these are not ordinary rioters, they are terrorists. A Bajrang Dal activist named Abhishek Rajput was shot dead. After that, his throat was slit with a sharp weapon and his head was crushed with stones, the extent of brutality which is normally associated with terror outfits like the Taliban.
After the emergence of the Islamic State, its terrorists had circulated many videos showing slitting of throats to create terror in the world. The same method was adopted by the rioters in Nuh. This shows that the terrorists have changed their strategy. They want to eliminate the Hindus in India, but their method will be different from now on.
In the past, Hindus used to be killed in bomb blasts in Kashmir and elsewhere. Now they are being terrorised in a new way by instigating riots, damaging the properties of Hindus, beheading them. The Nuh riot will certainly be discussed for some time; but is the Government system ready to thwart this new tactic of the terrorists ?
Devotees who came to participate in the Brij Mandal Jalabhishek Yatra at Nuh were enthusiastic. It is estimated that around 5,000 to 6,000 devotees were present in the Shiva Temple at Nuh. This Temple is surrounded by hillocks. Stones were pelted at the devotees and they were fired upon from the hilly areas. Around 150 cars of Hindus were burnt in this attack, and their shops were also burnt. From where did the Jihadis obtain the fuel to burn these cars ? Devotees took refuge in the Shiva Temple to escape the ghastly attack. Yet, the firing and stone-pelting by the Jihadis continued.
According to a report, it took 7 hours to evacuate the devotees who were trapped inside the Shiva Temple, indicating that the Jihadis had sufficient stock of weapons. Jihadis have achieved whatever they wanted to through this riot. Now the Jihadis will be arrested. The cases against them will go on for some years, by which time they will also get bail. What next ? What should the Hindus who lost everything in this riot do ? How will they start life all over again ? Will Hindus get justice ? These and many such questions remain unanswered.
Change the strategy
Keeping in mind the activities of the Jihadis, have the Indian security agencies changed their strategy ? Given the intensity of the riot, one can say that this was pre-planned. What were the Intelligence agencies doing all this while ? How did AK-47 rifles reach the rioters ? Who provided them the fuel to burn such a large number of cars and shops ? This information will be gathered in the time to come after the riots; but why didn’t the Police receive any Intelligence report in advance ?
When the Hindus want to organise a simple meeting, the Police raise questions such as – ‘Who will be attending ? How many people will participate ?’ Why are Muslims not probed in the same way ? Why is their movement not monitored ? Simply said, riots take place because the Government security systems are not vigilant.
The Police need to be well-trained in preventing riots not only in Nuh but all over India. It is a shame that they took hours to control the rioting in Nuh. If the rioters are equipped with AK-47 rifles, the Police also need to be armed with modern weapons. Going beyond this, a law should be enacted which gives the Police a free hand to bring riots under control.
In this particular riot, 14-year-old boys also participated in attacking the Hindus. Jihadis are aware that no action will be taken against minors. So they are achieving their purpose by pushing the children in front. If this is the case, the law should also be changed to bring them to justice.
Besides this, the Police force should be freed from the mentality of ‘Sarvadharmabhav’ (All religions are equal).
Why did the Police fall short in stopping the Jihadis when they were going about burning Hindu properties and vehicles ? Why do the Police who harass Hindus become fearful in front of the Jihadis ? If the Jihadis are using children to eliminate Hindus, who will protect the Hindus ? This ground reality harms Hindus no end.
How will the Hindus overcome their humiliation and stand with their heads held high in future ?
The Nuh incident is an eye-opener for those who claim that terrorist activities have reduced in India. The incident only shows that the Jihadis have become more alert and better armed.
The Jihadis are hatching various conspiracies to make India ‘Ghazwa-e-Hind’ (Conquering the Indian subcontinent after a battle with the Hindus), and unfortunately they are succeeding. Hence, the future of Hindus is in danger.
Neither the Police nor the Government Administration nor the politicians can save the Hindus. If incidents like that in Nuh continue to take place, it will not take long for the Hindus to become a minority in their own country !
