The case of the demolition of Shri Marie Mata Temple  

Karachi (Pakistan) – Pakistani Government razed Shri Marie Mata Temple on 14th July 2023. A business complex will be erected in its place. After the destruction of the temple, Hindus living there have expressed condemnation of the Government. Hindus have conveyed their strong stance to the Government that, ‘We want the temple to be built under any circumstances’.

While speaking to the media representatives, Hindu women told that permission to offer worship at this temple had been denied, also the Idols in the temple had been stolen. An old treasure lies buried in the compound of this temple.

Editorial Viewpoint

The Indian Government should support the demand of the distressed Hindus in Pakistan and force the Pakistani Government to hand over the temple built at the same spot.
