A sudden decline in the number of users of ‘ChatGPT’
A report by the Washington Post
(‘Chat GPT’ is a fast state-of-the-art system using artificial intelligence to get any information instantly.)
Washington – A report published by the ‘Washington Post’ has given information that there has been a 10% decrease in the number of users of ‘Chat GPT’, which is the fastest sophisticated system to get information in an instant. ‘Chat GPT’ was launched in November 2022.
According to a Washington Post report, public interest in ‘AI chatbots’ (computerized systems that answer user questions using artificial intelligence) is waning. Its usage started slowing down in March and from May it started showing a steady decline. Globally, the usage of this system on mobile phones and computers has also decreased by 10%. Along with this, the process of ‘downloading’ this system through the ‘iPhone app’ has also been reduced. Not just this, it has also been observed that people who use the system spend less time on it now compared to before.
Although the exact reasons behind this decline are still unclear, getting strange and misleading information through ‘Chat GPT’ and college students misusing this system during examinations have been defined as some of the primary causes.
