Belagavi (Karnataka) – Jain Muni Nandi Maharaj had been missing since 5th July. They found his dead body thrown after being murdered. The Police arrested two suspects who confessed to killing the Jain Muni. The cause behind the murder is not known yet.

Acharya Shri Kamkumar Nandi Maharaj was residing in the Nandiparvat Ashram in Hiremath in Chikkodi village for the last 15 years. Bhimappa Ugaare, Chairman of the Acharya Kamkumar Nandi Charitable Trust, had registered a case of Acharya Shri Kamkumar Nandi Maharaj missing. When the Police arrested two suspects and commenced inquiry, they got the message of the body thrown in a mutilated condition. The two taken into custody confessed to killing the Jain Muni after his abduction.
