Dehradun (Uttarakhand) – The Population in the nation has reached its optimum. The population of the nation is 140 crore now; beyond its capacity to bear more load. Hence, passing a Population Control Bill has become inevitable for the Parliament, stated Yogrushi Baba Ramdev.
