Mangaluru (Karnataka) – The State’s final leg of campaigning for the 10th May Assembly elections has intensified. CM of Assam Himanta Biswa Sarma criticised Congress leader Rahul Gandhi strongly while addressing the campaign meeting in Mangaluru on 7th May saying, “Rahul Gandhi gives guarantees in Karnataka, but who will take his guarantee?” Can you believe in the guarantee of a person who cannot give guarantee for himself… Even his mother is concerned about him.”

CM Sarma said, when PFI was banned many political parties opposed it. When Congress leader Siddaramaiah was in power in Karnataka, he released the terrorists of the organisation by withdrawing the cases against PFI.
