Go to the respective High Court to file a criminal case : Supreme Court
The matter of the countrywide violence by fanatic Muslims during the Ramnavmi festival
New Delhi – The Supreme Court dismissed the petition to register criminal cases against the violence by fanatic Muslims on the day of Ramnavami. The SC asked Advocate Vishnu Shankar Jain, Spokesperson for the ‘Hindu Front for Justice’ and lawyer of the Supreme Court to file the cases in the High Courts of Gujarat, Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand, Karnataka, and Telangana.
The petition levels serious crimes against the fanatic Muslims !
The Hindu organisation sought protection for Hindu religious processions taken out on Ram Navami or other such occasions. The plea alleged that a section of Muslims “who do not like” the Ram Navami festival of Hindus “attack” the processions in a “planned manner”.
In the petition, Jain sought action against perpetrators and demanded that chief secretaries of each State concerned should submit a report on the violence. It also sought directions to the State Governments concerned to determine the loss incurred by the people who sustained injuries or lost their lives in the violence.

Editorial viewpoint
Why do Hindus in a Hindu majority country have to plead for justice for the violence against them by the minorities ? This is a shameful for the Governments of all political parties. |
