This procession was organised by Viswa Hindu Parishad, BJP Youth Wing, and Bajrang Dal. Police thrashed the workers of BJP Yuva Morcha, so the Bajrang Dal and BJP Yuva Morcha agitated outside the Malwani Police Station demanding action against the Policemen who had thrashed their workers, and taking action against the real culprits. (Police, who take action against Hindus when they are called to take action against the Muslims, display their secular disposition ! Can any fairness be expected from such Police ? – Editor)

Using them, the Police have arrested 25 individuals, and have registered cases against 200 – 300 unknown individuals.
After the riot, Congress leader Aslam Sheikh visited the place. The situation is still tense in the area. There was continuous Police presence through the night of the 30th of March.
