PFI targeted to take over South India, while Indian Army engaged in North

New Delhi – The Popular Front of India (PFI) hatched a conspiracy to take over South India with trained cadres. Plan was hatched considering unrest in Pakistan, the Indian Army will be busy in the Northern part of the country. The National Investigation Agency (NIA) provided this information in the chargesheet filed against 5 PFI activists. According to documents seized from these activists, the PFI plans to convert India to an Islamic country by 2047. Weapons handling training was being provided to PFI cadres. After receiving this information, this organisation was banned.
The chargesheet said that in an investigation the PFI had proven its strategy to overthrow the Government through armed insurgency and establish an Islamic State. It was secretly recruiting members and training them in handling weapons for the creation of an Army. According to this strategy, a list of Hindu organisations and those opposed to PFI were to be targeted.
