Australian Police begin acting against Khalistanis
New Delhi – Victoria Police have started taking action against Khalistanis concerning the case of violence in the name of a referendum in Melbourne, Australia. Two months after the incident, the Victoria Police asked people to identify the Khalistanis involved in the abovementioned violence by publishing their pictures. They took this action after PM Narendra Modi raised the issue of violence against Indians before the PM of Australia. Victoria Police have appealed to the people to help arrest the six involved in the violence on 29th January.
Police are appealing for public assistance as they continue to investigate an affray at the Khalistan Referendum at Federation Square on 29 Jan.
Police have released images of six men they believe may be able to assist with their enquires.
