Quran burnt in Denmark !

Copenhagen (Denmark) – Following Sweden and the Netherlands, the Quran has been burnt in Denmark. An anti-Islam activist has burned copies of the Muslim holy book near a Copenhagen mosque and outside the Turkish embassy in Denmark.

Rasmus Paludan, a far-right activist who holds both Danish and Swedish citizenship, had already infuriated the Turkish Government by staging a Quran-burning protest in Sweden. On Friday, he replicated the act in front of a mosque, as well as the Turkish Embassy in Copenhagen, and promised to continue every Friday until Sweden is admitted into NATO.

The European countries Sweden and Finland wish to be a member of NATO. Out of the 30 NATO countries, Turkey is against it. Now Turkey has made it clear not to expect to be a NATO member as they have burnt the Quran.
