Victoria (Australia) – Khalistani supporters have vandalised a Hindu temple in Australia with anti-India graffiti, a media report said on Tuesday, in the second attack on a temple in Victoria State within a week. The vandalism of the historic  Shiva-Vishnu Temple in Carrum Downs, Victoria, have written anti-Indian slogans too. Tamil Hindus had gathered on the occasion of Pongal there. On January 12th, the Swaminarayan temple in Melbourne was defaced by anti-social elements

Victorian Liberal Party MP Brad Battin said, that in no way, their future could be built on hate when it had been built on working together for so long. There was no place in Victoria or Australia for this kind of behaviour.
