Several madrasas in Pakistan’s Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, including Darul Uloom Peshawar and Jamia Darul Uloom Haqqania, have issued fatwas. It says that anyone taking arms against the Police and Army of the state is against Sharia law and against the Country. Anyone who rebels against the constitution and laws of Pakistan will be punished according to the law. Not everyone has the right to declare jihad. This privilege belongs only to the head of the Islamic State.
