Mubarak is an instructor with PFI’s martial arts and hit squad (assassination squad). He practices law in the Kerala High Court. (How is it that a member, jihadi, and instructor of a hit squad of a banned jihadi terrorist organisation is also a lawyer ? – Editor). Several weapons including axes, swords, and sickles concealed in a badminton racket bag were seized from his house in a raid. The NIA spokesperson added, “Investigations have revealed that the PFI trained and maintained hit squads in different States and Districts to target leaders and members of other communities.”
