India should be constitutionally declared a ‘Hindu Rashtra’ : Sadguru (Dr) Charudatta Pingale
Jaipur (Rajasthan) – Sadguru (Dr) Charudatta Pingale (National Guide of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti) was the main speaker at the seminar on ‘Jayatu Jayatu Hindu Rashtram’ organised during the ‘Gyanam’ festival on 20th December.
In His opening address, He said, “India is a Swayambhu (Self-existing) ‘Hindu Rashtra’, but does it have the status of a ‘Hindu Rashtra’ under the present political system ? A person who passes the final medical examination is naturally called a doctor, but he cannot work as a doctor till he obtains the necessary licence. Similarly, India cannot be called a ‘Hindu Rashtra’ till it is constitutionally declared a ‘Hindu Rashtra’. Achieving this goal is going to be a struggle. We must try all means, such as creating awareness amongst people, explaining its need to our elected representatives, and through legal means”.

Hindus have been deprived of education on Dharma due to Indian Constitution ! : Mr Chetan Rajhans
While explaining the harmful effects of a secular system, Mr Chetan Rajhans (National Spokesperson of Sanatan Sanstha) said, “Under Article 28 of the Constitution, Hindus have been prohibited from imparting education on Dharma in schools and colleges; whereas, under Article 30, minorities have been provided constitutional security and permission to set up their own educational institutions for imparting training on their respective religions. As a result, a Hindu becomes an atheist after completing education and a person from a minority community becomes either a Muslim or Christian. The Indian Constitution, therefore, needs to be amended”.
