Patna (Bihar) – Muslims are insecure in India. Therefore, I have asked my children who are studying abroad to get jobs and citizenship there, said Abdul Bari Siddiqui, the leader of the ruling Rashtriya Janata Dal. Therefore, he is facing criticism.

1. Abdul Bari Siddiqui said,” I have a son who attends Harvard University and a daughter who has passed out from the London School of Economics. I told my son and daughter to work there (abroad) only, to get citizenship if they can. I told them that the atmosphere (in India) is such that I don’t know whether they will be able to bear it or not”.
2. Bihar BJP spokesperson Nikhil Anand criticised Siddiqui’s statement and said that people like Siddiqui call themselves liberals; however, his thinking is like people from madarasa. They are rebelling against their own country.
