1. Narendra Modi said further, in a football match, a red card is issued to the player who does not exhibit sportsmanship and is forbidden to continue playing. On the same pattern in the past 8 years, we issued red-card to many things which appeared detrimental for making development in North-East India. The Government is trying sincerely to banish corruption, discrimination, lineage, violence, posing obstacles in development projects and vote politics from the system. You must be aware that the roots of such diseases are deeply rooted; hence, we all are trying sincerely to uproot them forever.
