1. While reacting to this Congress President and MLA DK Shivkumar said that they were to state some points with regard to anti-corruption, hence, BJP made this move by raising the issue of unveiling Swatantrayveer Savarkar’s photo. The Government does not have any policy of development.
2. Opposition leader Siddharamaiah has made a demand in a letter written to the Chairman of the Vidhan Sabha, stating that photos of Sage Valmiki, Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar, Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, etc. should be put there instead of the photo of such a controversial personality. He was involved in Mahatma Gandhi murder case. (The Court has acquitted Swatantryaveer Savarkar in the verdict. This makes it evident that Congressmen have no trust in the Court. – Editor)
