For the past 10 years, women in the world have become angrier by 6% while Indian women by 12% !

Washington (USA) – According to a BBC analysis of 10 years of data from the Gallup World Poll, women are getting angrier. This conclusion was derived after surveying more than 1,20,000 people in more than 150 countries from 2011 to 2021.
A. 10 years ago, men got angry more often than women but in the past 10 years, the anger of women is trending upwards. Women have become 6% angrier than men while Indian women have become angrier 12%. Resultantly, Indian women are getting angry twice as much as other women in the world.
B. The percentage of anger has considerably increased during the corona pandemic. This percentage is more in Indian and Pakistani women.

C. Psychiatrist Dr Lakshmi Vijayakumar believes this is the result of tensions that have emerged as more women in these countries have become educated, employed and economically independent and hence they can’t tolerate if the men oppose them in matters.
D. The dissonance between a patriarchal system at home and an emancipated woman outside of the home causes a lot of anger.
E. Due to the increasing awareness of education, the expectations of women are increasing. Not getting a job equivalent to education is considered to be one of the reasons for causing anger.
