Missile strike in Poland kills two people
Russia denies the accusation !
Moscow (Russia) – Two people were killed after 2 rockets landed in Poland, a neighbouring country of Russia. While Russia is being accused for this, Russia has denied firing any missile. Russia claims that ‘rumours are being spread against us’. The Polish Government has summoned and asked the Russian ambassador to explain the incident immediately. US President Joe Biden discussed the matter with Polish President Andrzej Duda over the phone. NATO said it was investigating the incident in Poland. ‘NATO’ (North Atlantic Treaty Organisation) is a military alliance of 29 countries.

1. Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki has called an emergency meeting following report of the missile landing. National security and defence issues were discussed in it. Government spokesman Piotr Muller gave this information.
2. Poland’s Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki said that ‘the initial impression is that the missile fired is Russian-made, but we are thoroughly investigating the incident. It is not yet clear who fired the missile. We are looking for it. We are preparing our military strength’.
3. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that terrorism is not limited to our country. An attack on NATO’s border is a very serious matter. Action must be taken against Russia.
