Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh) – Congress leader with help of children and other associates killed 24-year-old Rupesh Birla in Peethampur in Dhar District. 6 months back Patel was appointed as the vice-president of MP state Unorganised Workers and Employees of Congress.

1. 50-year-old Patel had tried to allure in love a 22-year-old employee in the office. She had rejected him. At that time Patel had threatened the girl to leave her lover Rupesh or else he would kill Rupesh and his whole family.

2. Thereafter, Rupesh disappeared suddenly on 12^th October. His family members registered a complaint with the Police stating that Patel might be the killer. When Patel was taken into custody, the whole incident was reported by him during the thorough inquiry.

3. Superintendent of Police Devendra Patidar informed that 8 persons had killed Rupesh. After the murder, Azharuddin and Aslam were absconding. 6 including Patel were arrested.

Bulldozer run on Ashik Patel’s house

Devout Hindu organisations have demanded a strict inquiry against Patel on Rupesh’s murder by staging Andolan. The Administration has demolished Patel’s illegal house with a bulldozer.
