Pakistan again rakes up the Kashmir Issue in the United Nations : India lashes out at Pak
New York – Pakistan’s anti-India action was seen in the United Nations General Assembly. Ukraine – Russia war was being discussed in the United Nations General Assembly. Pakistan’s representative Munir Akram compared the Russian-Ukraine war with the Kashmir issue. Thereafter Ruchira Kamboj India’s Permanent Representative to the United Nations gave them an apt response slamming them. Ruchira Kamboj said, ‘when a discussion on a serious subject like the Ukraine – Russia war is being discussed in the UN general assembly, but we are surprised to see a country misusing it and making petty and frivolous statements about my country.’

Pakistan deserves UN’s collective contempt ! – Ruchira Kamboj
‘The country which has the mentality of always telling lies is daily seeking sympathy, but it is of no use. After such statements, Pakistan deserves collective contempt. Whether Pakistan’s representative accepts it or not, still all parts of Jammu-Kashmir are an integral part of India and will always remain so’ said Ruchira Kamboj. ‘We call on Pakistan to stop cross-border terrorism so that our citizens can enjoy their right to life and liberty,” Kamboj added.
India’s neutral role – Vote about the Ukraine – Russia war in the United Nations General Assembly
A resolution condemning Russia’s annexation of 4 provinces of Ukraine was passed. 143 countries voted for the resolution, while 5 countries voted against it. 35 countries including India abstained from voting.
