File cases against those who raised ‘Pakistan Zindabad’ slogans : Social workers in Pune
Pune (Maharashtra) – Even though the State Home Minister has directed registering of a case, the Pune Police is not taking the matter seriously. ‘We are still investigating the matter. We are verifying the video, investigations are going on’, this is the stance of the Pune Police. Some social workers here have appealed against this stance and given a written complaint to the Bund Garden Police.

The social workers said that they had made this appeal after learning that the Pune Police had registered minor offences against PFI members after they raised slogans of ‘Pakistan Zindabad’ outside the Collectorate in Pune.
