The Garba was held in Upavan at Narayan Vatika, Jaipur. Some Muslim youths approached the entrance and began arguing with the security guards. Youths broke through the security guard’s resistance and entered. The security guards informed the organisers. Bajrang Dal and VHP activists reached the spot before the organisers called the Police. As part of the verification process, they checked the identity cards of everyone gathered for the Garba. Meanwhile the Muslim youth who had entered there fled. Two of the five organisers of this Garba event were Muslims. As a result of opposition from Bajrang Dal and VHP, these 2 organisers were removed.
