PFI leaders’ Twitter accounts withheld in India after the Centre banned the outfit
New Delhi – Along with the ban on Popular Front of India (PFI) 8 other organisations related to PFI are also banned for 5 years. Now Twitter has closed the accounts of their office bearers also along with PFI’s account. The Centre has given the order of closing PFI’s websites and accounts on social media.

Twitter said that the said action was taken for India after the demand for legal proceedings about Twitter accounts was made; therefore all these accounts will be closed in India.
