Persecuted minority medical practitioners from Pakistan accepting Indian citizenship are allowed to practice medicine in India
New Delhi – National Medical Commission of India has given permission to practice medicine to the minority Doctors accepting Indian nationality after being persecuted from Pakistan. Under this Hindus, Sikhs and other doctors in minorities are allowed to practice.
Listing the eligibility for applying, the UMEB said the applicant must possess a valid medical qualification and had been practising medicine in Pakistan prior to his/her migration to India.https://t.co/cdW4mkEVlD

Those who have settled in India leaving Pakistan till 31st December 2014 will be benefitted by this. The National Medical Commission has invited applications for permanent registration of those doctors accepting Indian nationality necessary for practicing medicine in the country.
