There has to be a limit to targeting a Judge : Justice DY Chandrachud
New Delhi – Justice DY Chandrachud has expressed displeasure over a harsh comment of media with regard to a hearing of a case in the Supreme Court. He said, there should be a limit to target a judge. He suggested that judges also should be given some ‘break’. Last time he was on leave due to Corona, hence the hearing could not be held. He made the above statement with references to the news related to his not hearing the petition.
