Attack on CPI (M) headquarters in Kerala : no loss of life reported
Thiruvananthapuram (Kerala) – On the night of the 30th of June 2022, the head office of the Marxist Communist Party (CPI M)‘s head office was bombed. A person came on a two-wheeler and ran away after hurling an explosive item at the headquarters. There has been no loss of life in the explosion. The whole incident of throwing an explosive substance has been recorded on CCTV.

1. CPI (M)’s State Secretary Kodiyeri Balakrishnan has stated that somebody was trying to provoke their coalition Government.
2. Kerala Finance Minister K. N. Balagopal said about the incident that it was a planned attempt to create disturbance in Kerala. We request the people of Kerala to maintain peace.
