India will become equipped to strive for world welfare only after the Hindu Rashtra is established ! : H.H. Swami Govind Devgiri Maharaj
Excerpts from H.H. Swami Govind Devgiri Maharaj’s message for the Adhiveshan
The Hindu culture has existed in India since times immemorial. This culture is based on a profound ideology. Though other ancient cultures of the world faded away, Hindu culture has survived, because it is based on Vedic ideology. By default, India is a Hindu Rashtra. Hindu tradition is our basic ideology. The land and society here are enriched with Hindu tradition; but, it is important to be aware of this. Attempts were made to destroy it. Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj and Swami Vivekananda did their best to establish the Hindu Rashtra. It is necessary to instill pride for Hindu culture in the youth today. Only when India prospers as a Hindu Rashtra, it will become equipped to strive for the welfare of the world.
The provisions of the Constitution do not apply to Hindus where they are a minority ! : M Nageshwar Rao (Former Director General, CBI)
Mr M Nageshwar Rao said, “Hindus have only political rights of the 5 rights granted under the Constitution. They cannot enjoy equal constitutional rights in religious, cultural, educational and economic matters. Hindus have been reduced to second class citizens. Hence, efforts are required to give equal rights to Hindus. In the 1990’s Kashmir witnessed a Hindu genocide. Millions of Hindus were forced to flee, but no one tried to save them. When Hindus become a minority, the provisions in the Constitution did not apply to them. The Government does not even support Hindus. There are no Hindu temples in Mizoram, which is 100% Christian. Hindus are fleeing from States, Districts and Villages; but the question is, where will these Hindus go ?”
He added :
1. Prime Minister Modi had said that we should stop ‘Pink Revolution’ and bring in ‘White Revolution’ (increase in milk production). However, India is the second largest seller of meat and beef in the world. 1 lakh animals are killed daily.
2. The Uniform Civil Code is being discussed continuously. Majority of the Hindus support it. However, don’t blindly support it without knowing exactly what it says. We talk about bringing in equality in this country; but how can foxes and deer be bestowed equal rights ?
The day is not far when Hindus will be able to offer collective worship at the Kashi Vishwanath Temple ! : Adv. Vishnu Shankar Jain
“After water from the Vuzu pond in Gyanvapi Masjid was drained, a magnificent Shivaling was found. As soon as I saw it, I decided to not allow any more insults to Hindu Deities. The Court allowed sealing of the premises where the Shivaling was found. The Muslims went to the Supreme Court against this, where the decision was upheld. The day is not far when Hindus will be able to collectively worship at the Kashi Vishwanath Temple”, asserted Advocate Vishnu Shankar Jain (Spokesperson, ‘Hindu Front for Justice’ and Supreme Court Lawyer).
He added :
1. The voice of Hindus was suppressed through the ‘Places of Worship Act, 1991’. Due to this law, enacted by Prime Minister Narasimha Rao, it was decided to maintain status quo in religious places as they were before 15th August 1947.
2. Under this Act, the status of a religious place cannot be challenged in any Court. However, the Shriram Mandir issue was admitted in the Court. This was possible because of the awakening created in Hindus and their unity.
3. If the Shriram Mandir case can be admitted in the Court, then why can’t the case of 40,000 temples, that have been converted into mosques by the Mughals, be admitted ? Hindus need to raise their voice for this.
4. We are also fighting against this law legally. If the status of a religious place is to be maintained as it was on 15th August 1947 as per Sec. 4 of this Act, then it is necessary to first ascertain what the status was on this date.
5. Merely placing an Idol inside a mosque does not make it a temple; similarly, the religious nature of the temple does not change if namaz is offered there. According to Hindu law, the property of a temple belongs to the Deity of the temple. Accordingly, all the temple property remains with the Deity till the end.
6. On the one hand, the Wakf Act empowers the Wakf Board to lay claim on any land, while on the other, the Places of Worship Act offers protection to the Islamic places of worship which were temples earlier. If we compare these two laws, we see how Hindus are being oppressed under the guise of secularism.
7. My father H.H. (Advocate) Hari Shankar Jain and I have challenged this law in the Supreme Court. This law has snatched away the rights of Hindus to approach Courts when it is a matter concerning temples. This black law must be repealed by the Central Government. The Akhil Bharatiya Hindu Rashtra Adhiveshan will play a major role in this. Till this happens, Hindus have to face an uphill task.
